[Orxonox-dev] CEGUILua disposal

Hi guys,

You may have seen in the commit messages that I've kicked CEGUILua out 
of our repository (at least in the kicklib branch) because it is a 
nightmare to maintain.
Fortunately I've found a solution that should work on all operating 
systems because by now, everyone uses Lua 5.1.

@Linux users:
If you can spare the time, could you please test the kicklib branch on 
your system? I've compiled it successfully on tardis-c17 and I've 
checked with ubuntu, debian, gentoo and fedora packages to see that 
CEGUILua is available with the right Lua version.
You do not have to grab any more packages.
