[Orxonox-dev] 0.0.4 tag/release

Hi all!

In light of the upcoming 0.1 release, I would like to make a 0.0.4 tag 
before that because we haven't tagged anything for a while.
I would also like to use that opportunity to update the Win32 binary 
releases on the webpage, which are currently of the 0.0.3 tag.

So: if you have any pending bug-fixes, please tell me to hold on!
