 In order to make spaceraces more furious, a separate racing controller was
 to be created.

 However, there are some features missing, to make the bots competitive.
 They should:
  * Anticipate speed-up pickups.
  * Anticipate portals.
  * Use boost.
  * Detect enemies and obstacles to shoot at and do so.
  * Avoid obstacles.

 Use the presentationHS12 level, to test the abilities of your bots.
