Comment:

 It was in fact HSTS.

 It is now disabled on svn.orxonox.net by adding this line to
 {{{/etc/apache2/sites-available/svn.orxonox_secure.conf}}}:

 Header always set Strict-Transport-Security "max-age=0"
 }}}
